By accessing or using Pixelbeats ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree, please do not use the Service.
Pixelbeats is an AI-powered photo processing tool. We provide background removal, image enhancement, and other effects ("Modes") via our cloud infrastructure.
You retain all ownership of images you upload. By submitting an image you grant us a temporary, limited licence to process and store it solely to deliver your result. We do not use your images to train AI models. Processed results are stored for a retention period based on your plan (30 days free, 180 days Pro), then permanently deleted.
You may not upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service. You must be at least 13 years old to use Pixelbeats.
The Service operates on a credits system. Free accounts receive a monthly credit allowance. Paid plans and credit top-ups are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days notice.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated results may be imperfect. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pixelbeats is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the email on your account.
